In collaboration with DELGA PRESS our TWIN-WALL bottles suitable for the coming and growing recycled content legislation will feature with DELGA PRESS’s rPE gloss self adhesive labels, joining forces offering a recycled content legislation pack solution!
TWIN-WALL by PIL
Yes, as the name suggests, its two layers!
The outer layer we make recycled content legislation compliant, made from 100% rHDPE (or any other combination of your choice).
The inner layer we make food and cosmetic safe by using 100% HDPE virgin materials.
Currently we run the outer layer at 35% of the bottle weight, but this can be increased as legislation changes.
The TWIN-WALL by PIL has the same overall weight and wall thickness as the standard single wall bottles, so no extra weight or density. Just an out of the box thinking, solution to what legislation and the sustainability movement requires, and products good for use for food and cosmetics that do not want to or are not able to have mechanically recycled content in contact with the goods.
